CHANGE YOUR LIFE IN THE NEW YEAR!!! PREPARE TO PASS YOUR GED TEST!!

We have had a wonderful year since the start of the new 2014 GED Test. In spite of the obstacles put in our way, we have learned to jump over them to help people change their lives by passing the GED Test. Is it difficult? Yes. You know as the saying goes--no pain, no gain. When you pass this test, you feel the greatest sense of accomplishment. And each week, we have people passing. We have the test figured out and know what you have to learn. We do our jobs in teaching you--you have to do your job which is attend and study. We have three classes starting in January: a weekend class, a morning class, and an evening class. If you start in January, you can literally be a high school graduate by the beginning of March. As I say at the Center with a poster hanging up, "There is only one goal--to pass the test!!!!"

Come join us at the Center that was rated #1 by students who have attended other programs around the city! For the small investment, you get a high return.

As of January, we also have just math available for students who have tried to pass that part of the test but have not been able to do so. Call us at 215-745-0141 for more information.

YOU STILL HAVE TIME TO BECOME A GRADUATE IN 2014!

Recently a report came out in the news stating that 7,000 students drop out of the Philadelphia high schools each year. 7,000!!! The reality is that many students drop out of school because of the environment and fear of bullying. I know that. These students tell me that when they come to our program. It's not the academics--it's the environment.

If you left school because the pressure of "being there" was too difficult, come join us in a safe and stimulating adult environment that will help you reach your goal of getting a diploma. We have day classes starting on November 6th. By the end of the month, you can be ready to take the test that will change your life. We also have evening classes starting on November 25th. You can become a high school graduate in early January!

Determination, hard work, and dedication will take you along the road to success. If you have tried and failed before, pick yourself up and try again! We are here for you!

GED MATH TEST UPDATE!!

The new 2014 GED Test has been challenging at best--impossible at worst. However, we know how to get people to pass it if they work they system. Math has been the most challenging subject and especially using the calculator on the computer. As of Monday, October 6, 2014, students will be allowed to bring their TI 30 XS calculator to the Test and use it instead of the one of the computer. Since every minute counts, having the use of the calculator in your hand can help you save time instead of manipulating the one on the computer. So that is good news!
Our evening and weekend classes are starting this month. Remember, without a GED, life is going nowhere!!! Our student are passing the 2014 GED Test--and if you really want it, we are your quickest and best route! Call us today at 215-745-0141.

EXCITING NEWS FOR FORMER TEST PASSERS!!!

Today was a monumental day for past GED Testers who had taken the previous GED Test as far as what would happen to the tests they passed prior to January 1, 2014. Thanks to a bill that was approved by our PA House of Representatives, those tests results are being taken into consideration. I don't know what the cut-off scores were, but one of our students was informed today that she would only have to take the new Math Test and her other scores would count towards her diploma.

If you are in this situation, you need to register to take the test at www.GED.com. If you took the test previously, you will not be allowed to set up the test until your test results from before are evaluated which takes about a week - ten days.

So I'm excited for many who won't have to take the whole test again--and I'm excited that our new testers are passing the new 2014 GED Test!

We have new morning classes starting on June 12, 2014, and a new weekend class starting on July 12, 2014. If you are interested in becoming part of our "success story," please call me at 215-745-0141 or visit our website at www.GEDPhilly.com.

You can also join our Facebook page at GEDPhilly.com as well.

I'M SO EXCITED--AND I JUST CAN'T HIDE IT!!

Our students are passing the test--and I'm thrilled! I wasn't feeling very optimistic when the test changed on January 1, but now my mood is improving each week as we find the "key" to success. And guess what? We are obviously learning!

Our Center gives students extra time for extra study including additional Saturday mornings for math. Our newly developed materials have made a difference in showing students what to do to pass the test. Today without your GED, life is going NOWHERE.

If you have tried before but failed, don't let that stop you from trying again. We know that all adults have problems that can become overwhelming, but that will pass and you'll still have nothing without that piece of paper.

Feel free to join our GEDPhilly.com Facebook page to keep in tune with our success. Even if you aren't one of our students, you can join and be part of our family.

We have new evening, morning, and weekend classes coming up in the next few weeks, so you have time left to start college or career school in September. You can join our team of GED coaches and earn yours in just a few short weeks.

HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT IT???

Everyone who comes to our GED Program comes because without a diploma, LIFE IS GOING NOWHERE!!!

Today getting a diploma--which is also called a GED--is more challenging than ever. Yes, the test changed--but guess what? Our students are learning to pass the test. That is our only goal here at the Northeast GED Center. When you walk into our classroom, you will see a poster saying that because that is our only concern--our students becoming graduates.

Our program works for students who are motivated and want to do this quickly with a minimum amount of stress. We know what we're doing--and we do it quickly and successfully.

We have new classes starting for the morning on May 1. That means that you can be a high school grad by the beginning of July. That will allow you to enroll for college, career school, or get a better job.  Yes, you are weeks away from moving to your next step in life.
Call me at 215-745-0141 to get your key to your next step. Make your life go SOMEWHERE!!!

It's DO-ABLE!!!

It's been a while since I've written. I didn't want to give you incorrect information--so I have waited. I was really pessimistic about the new test--and I still am--but NOT FOR OUR STUDENTS. Our students are PASSING!!

We have spent every day studying this new test. We know what is on it--and we know how to teach you to PASS it! Is it easy? Absolutely NOT--but it is "do-able"! If you do what we tell you to do, you can in many cases be a graduate in just a few short weeks. It takes dedication, maturity, and studying every single day. But big deal. Most of you think you are going to college or trade school--and then you'll have to study hours every day--not just for an hour.

We have learned some subject matter on the test from our students who are willing to share. We have a Facebook page to give support and information to our students. Some of our students didn't pass a test the first time, but guess what? They passed it the second time.

Thanks to the Northeast Regional Library, we were able to set up weekly computer classes to help our students get familiar with the computer skills needed for the test. We have been blessed by wonderful tutors and teachers who give extra time to our students.

So yes--we can help you get that "gold key" that will unlock the door to your future. You just have to really, really want it. If you do, call us. We'll be waiting for you!
